"They insisted we reserved a handicap accessible room and put us in the room on the main floor right next to the lobby, which was loud and very busy. The front desk person did move but put us in another ha cap accessible room after I explained that I did not request one this time is was also in the main floor , the last room next to an exit was frequently used late and night and early in the morning."

"The staff was helpful and pleasant. Anything that we needed/wanted, we just asked for it and they assisted us immediately. There was a coffee station with fresh baked goods in the morning and coffee available all day long. The laundry room was clean and very convenient- I didn't have to bring home dirty clothes from vacation :) There was plenty of parking. There isn't an elevator so if you are unable to do stairs see if you can request a suite in the 1st floor."

"The room was very nice and clean. There was a lot of parking in the back. It was an easy drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. There are also lots of restaurants close to the place."

"Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. "Expedia would not release this room in order for a refund. My flight was canceled and the hotel would have released it. So thank you hotel-However Expedia would not so not only was my trip ruined I also had to pay Expedia and not use its service. I will never use Expedia again."
