"Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed."

About 20 minutes before check in we got an email to say suite we booked was unavailable due to “construction issues” and were being moved to a different hotel with no options given. Upon complaining, we asked if we could stay in a smaller room at the Foxberry until our room was ready, which they agreed to. Upon entering the new room, this room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest left. Manager then...

"The property is ok. Access to water and bus makes it ok . The building is dated . Electricity needs updating . Door deadbolt was not functional or had any extra secure lock . Window did not close shut or lock. Very musty smell but to be expected ?"
