Holiday Home 'La Pincelada de Mágina' with Private Pool, Terrace & Air Conditioning

Located in Bedmar, this 240 m² house accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms (except one), heating in the living room and bedrooms, private TV, washing machine, fan, and workspace. Self check-in is available, as well as shared toys and books for children, and an outdoor shower.



Step outside to the private garden, balcony, and open terrace with a private barbecue. The private outdoor pool is available from June to September, with a maximum depth of 1.40 m, making it ideal for children.



The barbecue cannot be used between July 1st and September 1st due to local regulations.



Street parking is available. One pet is allowed, but it must not get on beds or sofas. Events are permitted, as long as only registered guests attend and they end by 10:00 pm. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and after 10:00 pm, music must be kept at a moderate volume out of respect for neighbors.



The house is located on the outskirts, along the Carretera de Cuadros, in the Peñón de San José development. The house has two floors: on the ground floor you will find the hall, bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the patio, gardens, and pool. Explore the Sierra Mágina Natural Park and Bedmar’s artistic heritage, such as the 15th-century castles and the Church of the Assumption. The Paleomágina Center offers scientific tourism. The World Heritage cities of Baeza and Úbeda are 28 km away, Jaén is 46 km away, and Granada is 87 km away.
