"The host was not reachable. The contact details in the listing were not accurate. The WiFi password was not correct, TV didn't work because it hadn't been updated, coffee container was mostly empty. I contacted Vrbo and they were unable to reach the host. Host finally messaged in the afternoon of the second day. The place was dirty (dust caked on fans, walls visibly dirty), fridge filter needed changing, cockroach in the bathroom, hot water in the master didn't work. Not a good value, but it was...

"House was good, I had to reach out to the host to get the check in information. Easy to find and great location to everything without being too close. It had a few small areas that could have used a little more cleaning, like stains on the comforters and some dirt and grass here and there. There was also no fans in any of the room, the AC and heat runs well though, however the house definitely has a little bit of a moisture issue. But it met our needs for a one night landing pad for the weekend....

"I originally booked this property for 4 nights, but upon check-in, the property felt and looked dirty. The carpets looked very dirty, there was a stain on the sheets, barely half a roll of toilet paper, little dish soap and one of the sliding doors in the bedroom came off the track as it was opened. Also, there was a missing TV remote, so the TV in the living room was not operable as a result. Due to these issues I did cut my stay at this property short."
