"Lovely new apartment in a well-managed building. The check-in was seamless. Having Rose meet us in person was so helpful. She showed us around the apartment and gave us advice about the neighbourhood - including a recommendation for a wonderful bakery. The apartment was very clean - and I have a high bar. "Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."
