"The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep."

"The staff were very nice and accommodating! The room was clean but small. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The room had a fridge but no microwave?? I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast! There was a Starbucks restaurant in the hotel that offered breakfast, but it was too expensive. Overall it was a nice hotel but over priced considering that there wasn’t a microwave nor continental breakfast offered?"

If I was with my husband - I would have stayed. But it was just us 2 gals and my daughter is 14. "Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

"The shuttle ride and driver was great— very friendly and kind! Outside property needs upkeep and cleaning up. Inside was dirty. My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt. My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness.
