The building has approximately 15 private parking spaces, but none of them are assigned to a specific apartment. During the period from October to May, parking is almost always available. In the summer season, if no space is available at the moment of arrival, availability can often be checked again later.

We recommend letting us know in advance if you plan to come by car, so we can guide you accordingly. If no parking space is available, we will be happy to help with recommendations for nearby alternatives.

Rooftop pool

The rooftop pool is open during the summer season only, approximately from 10 June to 10 September.

Terrace hanging chairs

The hanging chairs on the terrace are available during the summer season, or at other times by prior agreement.
