The location offers easy access to the popular coastal towns of Lowestoft, Southwold and Aldeburgh where quaint fishing villages offer traditional seaside entertainment. The Cathedral city of Norwich is slightly further field and offers theatres, shopping, culture and cuisine.

Originally a servant’s quarters and standing in the grounds of a beautiful stately home this delightful cottage has been renovated to provide stylish holiday accommodation. Initially entering the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner guests will notice a contemporary colour scheme and stylish finish. The lounge area provides a relaxing space for guests to sink into the comfortable sofa and chair while watching the Smart TV or planning the next day’s activities. The well-equipped kitchen comprises an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and a breakfast bar and a dining table providing a place to enjoy any more formal or perhaps celebratory meal. The bedroom provides glorious views to wake up to over paddocks and countryside with French doors leading to the patio area and the double bed ensures a peaceful night’s rest. Completing the accommodation is a stylish shower room with shower and WC.

For those who enjoy relaxing outside, the cottage enjoys its own private fully enclosed garden with views over paddocks, whilst also offering a further 2 acre fully enclosed field, ideal for dogs also. A shingled area with garden furniture provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining with the charcoal BBQ provided. There is off-road parking for two cars.
