About this space
This charming guesthouse is tucked away in a park-like setting near the entrance to the Willamette Valley Wine Country. This very spacious studio offers a warm and cozy space with king size bed and a comfy day bed with a pull out trundle. Also a very roomy living room area with tv for streaming ( Roku/Netflix installed ) and fire place. Enjoy light meals or snacks in the kitchenette with a full fridge , microwave,toaster, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils. Beautiful outside surroundings.
The space
This beauty sits on 2 1/2 acres in a park- like area. Our home also sits on the property, so I will be available to attend to any needs that you may have. There is plenty of room to spread out, yet there is a very cozy feel to this space. Our guesthouse has been newly renovated and beds are all brand new and very comfy. There is also a very large bonus room on the second floor ideal for children to read, play games or just relax. Feel free to enjoy the outside space when weather permits. We are about a 7 minute drive from a variety of your shopping needs, restaurants and Cooper Mountain Nature Park. We are about an hour and 45 min from the beautiful Oregon coast. Head in the opposite direction to visit the Columbia River Gorge, Multnomah Falls or Timberline Lodge up on Mount Hood. We a 6.5 miles From Nike Headquaters, about 20 min drive.
Other things to note
Always my policy to disinfect all touchable surfaces and bedding, including comforters!!
