We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other supplies, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more. That being said, we were happy to bring more trash bags for you to use for the entirety of your stay. - One of the bathroom doors has to be pulled harder than the others to shut. Due to the age of the home, some swelling has occurred, but they are still functioning properly. - We truly went above and beyond to accommodate your concerns and requests, including allowing a late check-out for your group. - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.
