"This was our second stay at Big Moose Lodge, and it didn’t disappoint. The lodge is spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Surrounded by 100-year-old pines, the setting is absolutely stunning, and the dock feels like something out of a luxury resort. It’s the perfect spot to relax by the water with unbeatable views. "Awesome but... The cabin, location, hosts, booking etc., were all phenomenal, this was our second time staying at this location as we loved it so much the first time. Unfortunately an encounter with a resident at the very end of the road cast a shadow over our stay. "The house is in a great location - nice walk into town to check out the shops, get ice cream, go out to lunch. The living space and kitchen are very spacious so your family or group can spread out. Nice sized deck and outdoor space to enjoy. Everything was clean, fully stocked linens, nicely decorated. Kids had a great time walking into the water on the pebble stone beach and going out for canoe rides. We loved everything about this house and location and hope to visit again soon! "

"The property was amazing! The views where outstanding and we enjoyed evwry minute we where there. This was an ATV outing and Julie, the hostess, was amazing! She was so helpful with her extensive knowledge of the ATV trail systems in the area that it made our trime on the trails much easier! Whould highly recommend any ATV enthusiast to stay there. Place was just what we where looking for! We would definatly go back!"

"Not enough lighting outside. It was extremely dark. You had to get out if your car and basically start to climb the stairs before the sensor lights came on. Lights are needed when you drive up and get out of the car too. I am handicapped and aged. More lighting is needed "
