On the first floor, large living room with kitchen open to the dining area and the living room, 2 bedrooms (gold and terracotta) with 160x200 bed, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet with sink.
Upstairs, the green bedroom (160x200 bed) and the blue bedroom (2 beds 80 cm or 1 bed 160x190), bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Fully fenced land not overlooked.
Closed garage to park a car and bicycles, large courtyard with space for several cars or to play petanque.
Located in a dominant position, the view extends from Mont Ventoux, to the Dentelles de Montmirail.
This very quiet house in the middle of vineyards and olive trees is a starting point for many walks or hikes, on foot or by bike; with the possibility of going to the center of the village on foot (1.4 km), to go by car to the Parc Spirou Provence or the Wave Island water park in 15 minutes or to reach the top of Mont Ventoux in 45 min.
Our beautiful village of Beaumes de Venise also offers you many festivals and animations throughout the summer (Fête des Belges, votive festival, Bodéga du Muscat...)
A refundable deposit of 1000€ breakage and damage + 200€ cleanliness: the house must be returned in a suitable sanitary condition at the end of the stay (empty bins, clean dishes, unstained sheets...)

When you arrive, you will be asked for the 2 deposits (cheques or cash).
Deposits will be returned after departure.
