A beautiful stone house with an unforgettable view over the valley of the Dordogne and surrounded by a large private garden with fields and woods to explore. An idyllic, secluded pool is tucked away amongst flowering shrubs and trees.

The space
A traditional stone house which opens to the outside with large windows capturing the extensive view to the south. The open plan living space is on the first floor and is linked to the generous covered balcony through wide French doors where there is a dining table for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms all with a view of the garden and the hills surrounding the river valley. The fourth bedroom opens onto the terrace with direct access to the garden. A mezzanine level, which overlooks the double height dining space, is a comfortable place for working, reading or relaxing in front of a film.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the house, garden and pool.

Other things to note
Guests are free to explore the 2 hectares of garden, fields and surrounding woodland. Situated only 5 minutes by car from Beaulieu, categorised as one of the most beautiful villages in France, it is the ideal location for a peaceful family holiday.

Neighbourhood highlights
The House is situated close to the small village of Sioniac, 2.5km from Beaulieu sur Dordogne. There are numerous walking and cycling circuits to explore direct from the house while many shops and restaurants and of course river swimming are all available in the town of Beaulieu.

Getting around
The best way to explore is to leave the car parked at the house and set off by bike or on foot. However, there is plenty of parking in the two large squares in Beaulieu as well as next to the Mairie and the public swimming pool.

Belle maison traditionnelle en pierre avec une vue inoubliable sur la vallée de la Dordogne, entourée d'un très grand jardin privé avec prairies et bois. Une piscine isolée idyllique entourée d'arbustes à fleurs et d'arbres.

Le logement
Une maison en pierre de style traditionnel qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur, avec de grandes fenêtres et un arc de vue vers le sud. Le salon, la salle à manger, et la cuisine donnent sur un grand balcon couvert avec table à manger pour 8 personnes. Il y a quatre grandes chambres, toutes avec vue sur le jardin et les collines entourant la vallée de la rivière. La quatrième chambre s'ouvre sur une terrasse et le jardin. Une mezzanine, qui surplombe la salle à manger à double hauteur, est un endroit confortable pour travailler, lire ou se détendre en regardant un film.

Les clients ont l'usage exclusif de la maison, du jardin et de la piscine.

Autres remarques
Les visiteurs sont libres d'explorer les deux hectares de jardin, les champs et les bois environnants. L'endroit idéal pour des vacances paisibles en famille.
Lascombes est bien situé à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Beaulieu sur Dordogne, labellisé un des plus beaux villages de France.
