Donā€™t pass up this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom well-maintained home.

Located in a central location and close to MCRD Parris Island (about 6 miles away). Perfect for families of those who are graduating!

You will love the peaceful backyard, which is fenced-in, making it more child-friendly and great for enjoying its half-acre lot.

All bedrooms have beautiful bedroom sets. Two rooms have queen beds and one has a full/double-sized bed.

One full bathroom is located located in the hallway, near the three bedrooms. The second full bathroom is located just off the sitting area, near the dining and living rooms.

Kitchen is equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave) and basic essentials (small appliances, utensils, flatware, dishes,etc.).

Short but Worth It

Cozy home with everything we needed for the weekend! Beds were comfy, water was hot and AC was cold, just what you need in the SC heat at the beach! Centrally located to good food and activities.

Wonderful experience

Our stay was amazing. The house is exceptionally clean. Comfortable. And has all the welcoming touches that you need. We had starter paper products and cleaners. Plenty of utensils and cups in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with linens and towels supplied. This is a great option when picking up your marine from Parris Island. Thank you for making our stay as wonderful as the experience of our marine graduating.

Great little place

We came to visit our son at Parris Island. Conveniently located to Parris Island as well as grocery store, etc...Only complaint would be the short supply of eating utensils (forks, spoons, etc...) They were there, just not enough for our needs.

Stayed here for USMC graduation. Nice quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and confortable for our family of 6. Clean and neat. Beds are high so if you are short you will need a stool to get into bed but they are comy. Would stay here again if i was in the area.

Wonderful long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this very cute bungalow in Port Royal. Itā€™s comfortable and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Itā€™s close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The hosts answered the questions I had and listed a few places to see & restaurants to try. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a great location

We rented this home when we went down to Parris Island for a USMC graduation. The home is in a good location in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well-appointed and very clean. The hostess was prompt when answering questions. We will stay here again on our future trips to the area.

Beautiful home

Was there for my nephews Marine graduation. Plenty of room for 6 adults spacious could use more pots and pans some mixing bowl but overall everything was enjoyable and relaxing 9 minutes from MCRD. Would rent again if ever in that area again

Great Spot!

We had everything we needed and communication with owners was fabulous! The only thing we would add is a grill out back because it would have helped us from eating out all the time! We recommend this place for sure!

We had an amazing time at this location. Before getting here the owner was very kind in giving me the info but took upon her self to give us info and directions on restaurant and sight seeing. The house is a 3 bedroom a nice size backyard for aldult to relax and children to play. This place was nice and cleaned and the commute to parris island was about 12 mins. So if you have a love ā¤ļø one that is graduating šŸŽ“ this is the perfect place.

Nice House in a nice neighborhood

The property was very nice. Clean with plenty of room for four adults. Off-street parking, beds were comfy, full kitchen and close to groceries and other shopping. Very walkable. Historic downtown just minutes away by car. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was amazingly cozy and very well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and ensuring was close by for anything you may have needed. Above all, the communication with owners was fantastic. Just what we needed

We stayed the weekend for the airshow and touring Beaufort. We were at the house mostly just at night. Everything was provided. The house was comfortable and a very kind maintenance man came to unlock the door when I accidentally locked us out.
