Best location on the island - 339 Captain John Fripp Villa

The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property.

This villa has two bedrooms upstairs each with a new updated private bath!  The primary has a king bed (new mattress - 2024), large flat screen tv, and a balcony with an ocean view.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, a full bed and flat screen tv.  Both rooms have ceiling fans.  All linens and bath towels are provided.  
The main level has been completely renovated also. There is a full bath and a fully stocked kitchen. The table seats 6. The washer and dryer (new - 2024) are off of the breakfast area.  The living room has a sofa, two chairs, flat screen tv, and DVD player.  The living room opens to a patio with a table and chairs and a beautiful view of the ocean.  There is also a Weber charcoal grill.
 
Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities.   There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants.  Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP. Children 13 and up must have their own card.  In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.
 Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
 
 
Renters who do not wish to purchase guest cards can still enjoy the beach, the private pool for Villa renters only and all the beautiful natural areas of the island.
 
No smoking and no pets.  Golf cart included in rental.

The villa is on the central part of the island steps from the best beach and the pool.  The adult pool, another kid pool, beach club, food court, and sports bar are all a very short walk.

We love the great family atmosphere on Fripp Island. The island offers tennis, golf, pickle ball, and water sports.  It is amazing how relaxing it is riding around the island in our golf cart. Our kids love the island. If you visit, you will love it too.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
