This home has an open concept, kitchen, dining and living room, on the first floor. The family can gather together around the large island and cook together, play games, or just hang out. There is also a half bath on the first floor along with the King primary bedroom with private bath.

On the second floor there 2 Queen bedrooms with a full bath in each room, office area and a bonus room with a Queen bed.

Out back is a nice patio area with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit along with great views of the nature pond that sits right next to the property which attracts beautiful egrets, herons, geese and ducks. There is also a screened in back porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying the night breeze.

Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.
Just a short distance into town, enjoy the shops, restaurants or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.
