The cozy loft bedroom awaits at the top of the step ladder - a perfect spot for crashing after hiking the Sheltowee Trace Trail or enjoying a climb. The sleeping quarters are just 3 feet at the highest point, so be prepared to crawl on hands and knees across to your bed – it adds to the unique charm of this tiny cabin! Claustrophobics and those who prefer to stay on the ground can sleep on the queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room below.

Just connect to the super-fast wifi and get to it! A large washing machine and dryer allow you to freshen up your clothing between hikes.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to all areas of the tiny house and the rest of the sprawling property, except one locked owner’s closet (under the steps), where we store our personal items.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, toiletries, and laundry detergent.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available. We also have a full hook-up for a camper (sewer, water, electric) – see below for more information.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free blazing-fast wifi (up to 250 Mbps) is available throughout the home, plus a laptop-friendly space in the dining area.

✹ PET FRIENDLY: One well-behaved dog (up to 70 lbs) can stay in the home. Pets are not allowed in the loft area and certain restrictions are in place for insurance purposes. There is a pet fee.

★★ OTHER NOTES ★★
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

✹ CAMPERS: Full camper hook-up is available for an additional per-night fee. The camper spot is at the front of the home, which will block the view. Campers will need an extra long electric cord as it has to reach around the property to the electric pole. If interested, please reach out for details. I never had anyone inquiry or book the camper spot.

✹ ALARM SYSTEM: We have an alarm system at the home, which will be disarmed during your stay. We respectfully ask that guests do not attempt to arm the system. If it is set off, the police will automatically be called out. The alarm system is in place for the owner’s use, as there are extended periods when the home is unattended.

✹ CLEANING: A cleaning service is available to visit during your stay for an additional fee. Please reach out for details and I can connect you to our housekeeper.
