"Pleased we were able to have a muffin and coffee before actual free breakfast started. We leave so early that we usually miss out! Our VIP drink was a bottle of water. Was expecting a little more but still nice."

First you need some kind of throw rugs next to the beds, those floors are COLD!!! 2ND the HEATER is way to loud and goes on and off Way TO OFTEN... made it almost impossible to sleep. Other than that it was a great place to stay.... thanks to the front desk..."

"The room was nice. I was especially grateful to the woman at the front desk who helped me when I checked in. I had miss typed my dates for the reservation and had to make another for that night. When I tried to cancel with Expedia, they told me it was non refundable and I had no recourse. I mentioned the situation to the front desk associate and they were able to cancel the other reservation and get me a refund from Expedia.
