"Me, my husband and our two grown daughters all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Shadow Lake. It’s a perfect location with wonderful amenities like the kayaks & paddle boards. Our host was wonderful and very responsive to an unusual situation, handling it very professionally, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend and would stay again!"

"The home greeted us on a warm afternoon and we found the two-bedroom accommodations to a be a spacious, inviting,warmly decorated, comfortable home. Unlike cold motel rooms, this place had a lived-in feel that reflected the pride and love Jannifer, the host, provided. That evening the rising moon slowly smothered a sea of stars that captivated our attention and filled the night with a marvelous glow. The peace and silence of the place was only interrupted by the sounds of fish splashing the...

"It was very nice. Close to neighbors who had little kids so if you have kids it would fit you well. No need to bring anything for the kitchen but food. "

"This was a perfect home for a family get away. Plenty of sleeping space with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Being right on the water with access to kayaks was such a bonus. The view was amazing! We had a wonderful campfire (and s'mores bar) in the evening and having enough chairs for everyone was so nice. Close to the Crystal River Tubing where we had an excellent time."

"The house was perfect. Everything you would need is provided for. Spotlessly clean. Great and friendly host. How ever, while was listed partly correctly as being on the wolf River, it was not mentioned that the location is on a swampy Bayou portion of the wolf River. You can't swim in it. I had rented this particularly for swimming in the wolf River and was disappointed. "

"This is older but very nicely updated cottage. The water toys that are provided were a big hit with the kids and the dock was plenty long enough to secure both our pontoon and fishing boat. The neighbors were awesome to chat with and there are lots of things to do both on the water and at businesses in the area. Thanks Kyle and Jenny!!"
