"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

"This was an amazing property! We had a large group with kids ranging from ages 6-15. All of the kids enjoyed this stay! Plenty of fun activities for all. Swimming at the pool was the top rated activity in our group but many also enjoyed the boating, beach area, frog catching, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, volleyball, corn hole, theater room and more. "We had a great stay in the cabin. Me and my friends rented for a weekend to ski at Bretton Woods, and the location is excellent (5 minutes)! Very close and easy to arrive at. The Cabin space is good, there is a big shared room for 6-8 people on the top floor. The temperature inside the cabin on ground level was ok since the tiles floor make it colder. But upstairs was very cozy and warm to sleep! The bathroom was clean, spacious and the water temperature is excellent! Mandatory to bring...

Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. "

Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. "
