"We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, in a convenient location, and worked perfectly for our group. We did have a small issue getting into the house at first, but the host responded right away and resolved it quickly. The online pictures of the upstairs bedrooms aren’t fully up to date, but in a good way. One room now has a full-size bed and the other has an extra twin bed, which was a nice surprise. "Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. "Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great.
