"The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. "Anchor House is a truly spectacular. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family’s favorite activity was spending time in the pool overlooking the ocean and relaxing on the deck. The views are amazing. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed. It is helpful to rent a car to get around. We had a fabulous vacation and highly recommend this property!"

"The property is in a great location. Within walking distance to alot of restaurants and shopping. We also walked to Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach, both breathtaking! Kaya shared fresh fruit and juice with us and was very welcoming. We enjoyed the sunset over the ocean from our back patio each night. We will definitely be back. "

"Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. "The air b&b is really good. Clean, good services; they help you to carry your luggage’s up and down the stairs. You can also leave your luggage’s in the office before check in and after check out. You can use the kitchen: microwave, plates ect. You can travel with they local bus to the air b&b from philipsburg for 1-2 dollar. The taxi to Bobby marine was 8 -10 dollars for 1 person. The air b&b can organiz a taxi also."
