"We stayed in the Villa for a week in July 2025. The location was perfect as it was minutes from the airport and steps from the beach. The villa was beautiful and as described. There is plenty to do or you can just relax. The villa had enough space for us and plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer was great to have. "This home was everything as described. Absolutely stunning views, beautiful layout of the home and the backyard around the pool. Plenty of area to be together or to have some space. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had the smaller items like a lime crusher that most places don't. Within walking distance of Maho and the Sunset Cafe to watch the planes land. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved the home!"

"The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. "Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times including late at night. Beds were very comfortable and clean.
