The bathroom door was busted and wouldnt close, the window curtains don't close fully, you can hear all of your neighbors, and there was a police raid of some kind during my stay. But the staff was kind and treated me nicely, and the other folks staying there were quite friendly."

"My family travelled and stay at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel for one night. It was myself, my husband, and our two children (ages 9 and 7). The employee who checked us in was kind. We had a beautiful view out of our hotel window. The bathroom was beautiful, however, a bit dark. There was a light around the mirror, but that was all. The beds were comfortable. We stayed on a Saturday night and the property was extremely busy. Parking is in a garage next to the hotel. There’s no direct walking...

If you’d also like to be informed that there is a temporary hold (there are resorts I’ve stayed at with less hold than this), for a lesser rate a night room… this is the spot. In case you were hoping for a deadbolt, it will be ripped off the wall surrounded by claw marks. When you head into the bathroom; you will be promptly greeted by complimentary cockroaches in the tub 😊 The absolute WORST experience I have...

"Parking lot needs work. Rooms are clean and spacious. There’s a big gap between bottom of the door and the floor, so you hear everything outside. This could use some work. We heard every time someone was in and out of their door in the same hallway."

"There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs . "

"The place is nice enough but certainly not on the level of a Holiday Inn Express or similar type hotel. This is a motel with clean rooms, but few amenities and thin walls."

"We were not treated very well at check in, seemed like it was because I booked online. They wanted a deposit on my Credit Card that was more than the cost of the room. First room they gave us wa snot cleaned, The bed was a mess and there was a half a cup of coffee on the nightstand. Clerk wasn't happy that we wanted another room. I had never heard of Cobblestone but figured I would give them a shot. Never Again! You only get one chance to make a first impression and they failed miserably."

"There was trash left in our room, I went back down to the desk and ask the night worker was he sure our room was clean, he said where the beds made, to which I replied yes. Then he said we have new people working. So that’s probably why. There was only one washcloth and only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back down and ask for more towels and washcloths, also. WE WILL NOT be staying there again!!"

"The econo Lodge should not be accredited to be on the Expedia website. This hotel is not up to standard or code for stays to be charged a fee for lodging. None of the pictures listed or shown on the Expedia website are the pictures of the hotel conditions and or room conditions. I made a verbal complaint with the front desk staff and asked for a refund and I was told no and I was also told that I should be charged a deposit fee for a rundown hotel which should be a motel. Not to be judgmental...
