"This hotel has a great, welcoming vibe. We loved the lobby’s style and decor. Continental breakfast had many options and very tasty. And the room was huge, with a nice kitchenette, so much storage and counter space. Highly recommend, best hotel in Havasu!"

We did not need to be on the river, but it sure was great to be able to walk to it in less than two minutes.!!! The competition does not have a pool you were in one of the hottest cities in America so you need a pool this place is great!"

"Booked hotel then when I get there they want to charge 40$ extra for each of my 3 kids 7and under. Rooms smelt like Chinese food mixed with mold . Bathrooms are old an dirty smells like mold. My son got bitten up by bed bugs. Never will I stay here again. But we had no choice but to stay since they didn't want give our money back for a cancelation. Milk in lobby was expired"

"My wife found cockroach in our room. The sink would not drain and filled up. Knobs on the shower tub, combo was very confusing one didn’t work. Floor wasn’t that cleaned. Sheets on the bed separated. The plastic on the bed was ripped. Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had."

"This was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. Starting with the exterior, there was an overwhelming smell of dog waste throughout the property. You constantly had to watch where you were stepping. The building itself appeared very run-down, outdated, and poorly maintained. When we checked into our Deluxe Standard Room, it looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The bathroom was dirty, rusty, and had what appeared to be rodent droppings.
