"The Holiday Inn Express Pittsfield-Lenox is a new (opened 10/25) lower cost hotel in the heart of the Berkshires, close to Tanglewood, Shakespeare and Company, The Berkshire Stage and most of the art and culture opportunities offered by the Berkshires. It is clean, the complementary hot breakfast is better than most, and the staff courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return."

"The property has a gorgeous view of the lake. I enjoyed walking around and also the owner started a bonfire at night. Everything there was very casual and relaxing."

"The hotel is as described. However they hold $150 for the incidentals fee. That seems extremely large. Especially with no restaurant on premise. Otherwise it's a fine hotel."

"Hotel opened 18 months ago. The decoration of the rooms and reception is wonderful, with personalized and very welcoming service. Very large parking lot at the door of the rooms. The Hotel has a great location because it is on the side of the road but at the top of a small hill, being very quiet and having a very beautiful view."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in early July. This is a classic New England inn- think cozy, warm and well lived. If you are looking for sleek and spa this is not it. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with very friendly owners and staff- this is for you. The pool was fantastic bonus as it was 98 degrees during our stay."

"The space was very nice and very clean. No issues there. However, I reserved for three adults and there were no linens for the sofa bed. Thankfully, our daughter had blankets in her car. When we went to the registration area, no one was on site. (This property is accessed via codes that come in a text or email.). I'm not sure I would go back."

"Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch."
