"Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place. "My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally.
First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. The noise continued and no meaningful action...
