"Great place to stay in the Lake Norman area. There was a lot of road construction in the area that caused congestion and couldn't access sidewalks so you really can't leave the hotel on foot, but that's not the hotel's fault. Fresh coffee in the lobby at all times and very clean. I'll stay here again."

"The room and halls of the hotel were not clean. We felt there may have been fleas In the room. There was dog poop residue on the floor of our room. We got to the hotel late, so we didn’t notice till the morning . I will not be repeat customer."

Despues de realizar la solicitud el personal del hotel me atendio muy bien cambiando mi habitación a la planta baja. La habitacion estaba muy limpia al igual que todo el hotel. El desayuno es bueno. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de restaurantes , bares, etc. y tambien cerca del lago Norman que es muy bello."
