"Need a microwave"

"Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again."

"Booked this hotel for a 2nd time for my aunt and uncles first time at the dells and they loved it. The pool is warm both indoor and outdoor & the tickets for the zoo were a major plus. Stay was clean and employees are always welcoming and quick with service."

"Quiet in the DELLS is hard to find but this was perfect. Busy with families and groups but very family oriented and peaceful. The rooms are the ultimate quiet. We never heard a neighbor or doors slamming or kids running. We will stay again"

"The location of the property was perfect. We were in the area to visit Mt. Olympus and it is conveniently located to all attractions on the little strip. We booked 2 rooms they were clean with the exception of there being hair in the bathrooms. Given the flow of people that come through there the property is pretty well maintained. It was pretty hot and humid out but the property was an instant relief when you walk in the doors. The staff that we interacted with were very nice. We did not take...

"Coffee not in room and machine by lobby was out of order the 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Indoor pool was quite cold but outside was just right. Perfect for family with children under 10. Good for the budget and close to everything in town."

"Free kayaks to use Grills were being worked on but one was working Fridge was froze up but replaced it same day. Didn't care for geese and ducks on the beach. We didn't go into the water at all."

"This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin."

"Clean and nice pool and hot tub. Room was excellent for the price we paid. Only critique is the breakfast. Very very disappointing variety of items. Only toast, bagels, cereal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, anything like that. Other than that great hotel for the price"

"Nice enough room. I enjoyed staying at Hotel Rome over the other site. Our bracelets won't work to get in and out of bldg and rooms. They gave us cards instead. Indoor Waterpark was not open, that truly sucked. It was a good vacation. Those issues really aren't a deterent. We will probably be back."
