"Awesome views, easy parking and breakfast was very nice, high quality food and plenty of local produce. Timothy was very helpful with everything at check in and gave lots of insight into local amenities."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Hanscoms in Bar Harbor. Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 minutes outside of the busy areas of Bar Harbor and about 5 minutes away from Acadia NP... close, but not too close... nice and quiet. In hindsight we probably would have selected a unit with more of a kitchen, ours just had a small fridge and microwave. Nice touch... there is a community area with a fire pit and everything is provided to get a nice fire going."

"Beautiful property with free parking. Staff was very helpful. Liked that they had a grab and go breakfast for guests. Rooms were very comfortable and large. Mattress was very comfortable. Didn’t like original pillows and they were accommodating to change out pillows and make sure we liked the ones they brought to us."

"Room. Breakfast. Great staff."

"O hotel é ótimo e o staff é sensacional! As meninas da recepção foram extremamente prestativas e muito simpáticas. As camas são confortáveis, o banho é ótimo. Recomendo!"

Not a fan of the shower curtain and the shower head has hard water buildup and some mildew. Bed was very comfortable. The desk in the room is cheap and useless. Of course the breakfast had no vegan and gluten-free options so there was nothing for me to enjoy. Staff was very nice."

"Hotel tradicional, ambiente muito bom, vistas fantásticas. Bem no centro da pequena e linda cidade de Bar Harbor, com fácil acesso a pé a restaurantes e operadoras de turismo."

"We requested for house keeping while our room one morning and when we came back, the house keeping was never done. This was missed by the hotel staff. Apart from that it was a nice stay, very convenient location."

"This location apparently can also be an extended stay I'm assuming. This isn't made clear in the listing. The only reason this is important is because they don't provide maid service, which in and of itself isn't a big deal. Where it became a problem is we had a unit with a full kitchen, thus we produced some trash that needed to be taken out. First, there was only a small trashcan I the bathroom as you would expect, however there is no other trashcan anywhere in the unit. Being it has a full...
