"I made a special request prior to check in that was forgotten by the hotel, house keeping woke me up at 8:30am and just barged in. Also 100 rands fee for room service sounds like a scam, I stayed in hundreds of hotels of this level and was never charged that. The property and breakfast are nice, rooms are comfortable, but service needs to be improved to justify the price. "

"The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even...

"Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. "
