"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside. The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more. Also for added security there is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarms and security...

"Avoid like the plague. This place is unfit to stay in. I had expectrd outdated and basic but what we got was filth, disrepair and no privacy due to the missing blinds in main areas. I took off the mattress protectors and would advise nobody sleep in those beds. Filthy, stained mattresses throughout. We left early and complained directly to the owners. Could not have cared less. I eventually got a full refund from Expedia, having pointed out breach of statutory rights and the owner's own...

"Good hotel for our short 2 night stay visiting relatives in the area. The management were very helpful and provided anything we asked for. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that aspect, but breakfast was first class and cooked freshly to order."
