The Space:

The Hilltop Lodge sleeps eight and is outfitted with the most discerning vacation home renter in mind. This is the perfect mountain retreat for a winter escape from the city! Inside there's a modern, fully-stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, three tastefully decorated bedrooms with hotel quality, professionally cleaned and pressed linens, two custom tile bathrooms, large screen 'smart' TVs in each bedroom and living room, and a raised covered back porch with beautiful views of wooded terrain and wildlife.



Set on an acre and a half along the Pennsylvania side of the nearby Delaware River, Hilltop Guests can take advantage of the best of two vacation worlds: the surrounding Pocono Mountain Region and also the Catskill Mountain Region of upstate New York right across the river. There's shopping, farm-to-table dining, harvest festivals, skiing, snow-tubing, a luxury spa and much, much more all very close by. The Lodge is meticulously cleaned and maintained top to bottom! Enter into the living room which features leather couches, a huge 65" smart TV over an electric fireplace, and vast windows for natural light and magical views of Castle Hill. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a renter needs for gourmet cooking. The dining area has a table and seating for eight people. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor and has a private new custom tile bathroom and a king sized bed with a hotel quality mattress and sheets. Upstairs in the loft, guests can unwind on plush leather lounge chairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also upstairs, off the loft, and both feature queen size beds with hotel quality sheeting and mattresses. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom which also has custom modern tile. The covered back porch has plenty of outdoor seating and a Weber grill. Hilltop Lodge sits on an acre and a half of professionally landscaped grounds. Please note, there are two optional rollaway beds. Inquire about them at the time of booking.

The Neighborhood:

Hilltop Lodge is on a private road in a private setting, however it's only a few minute drive from Narrowsburg NY. Narrowsburg is a small vacation town right on the Delaware River and is famous for it's local farm-fresh restaurants and boutique shopping.



Getting Around:

No public transportation. No Uber or Lyft in the area. Must drive or rent a car.



Other Things to Note:

There's lots to do in the surrounding area! Ski Big Bear is the closest ski slope, it's a 20 minute drive and has both skiing and snowtubing and is a great mountain for all ages. The Lodge at Woodloch is rated the number three spa in the world according to Travel and Leisure World's Best Awards, and it's only a ten minute drive away and a great place to stay cozy and warm in the winter months. Resort World Casino is a little further away (about a 30 minute drive), but close enough when you consider it's a true Las Vegas style casino with real table games and great energy! There's snow-shoeing and snow mobile trails, ice skating and scenic local drives! The road-trip to Hilltop Lodge from the city follows the River north where bald eagles soar year round.



Hilltop Lodge sits on a private road, yet is only a few minutes away from Narrowsburg NY where there's everything a vacationer could ever need. Narrowsburg is right on the Delaware River with scenic overlooks virtually everywhere. This town is hidden away, but famous in the New York restaurant world for it's local cuisine. Check out the well-known farm-to-table restaurants in Narrowsburg: The Heron for it's locally sourced brunches and dinners, and The Laundrette's wood-fired pizza. For fine wine, shop at Narrowsburg Wine and Spirits. Pete's supermarket in Narrowsburg has everything guests need for last minute planning. Check off your Christmas list shopping at the many boutique stores that line main street.

Interaction with Guests:

There is a number to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you have any issues during your stay. The Hilltop properties pride themselves in excellent service and are always on call. We are happy to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions leading up to your stay as well.
