The Home

Six bedrooms, designed for comfort and space:

Four Master Suites (1 King, 3 Queen), each outfitted with the W Hotel "Heavenly Bed," designer furniture, and a flat-screen TV. Every suite has its own private deck and en-suite bathroom finished with custom vanities and stonework.
Two additional bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom — perfect for kids or extra guests.
The main level is built for gathering. A chef's kitchen opens into the dining room and great room behind a full wall of glass, with an attached screened-in porch — all overlooking the water. Whether you're cooking, dining, or relaxing, the bay is always in view.

Outdoor Living & the Private Bay Beach

Step out the back of the home to your own pool deck, and just beyond it, a private bay beach. The bay here is exceptionally calm — ideal for longer swims and water activities — and we leave two kayaks for our guests to enjoy as a courtesy.

Location, Location, Location

This is one of the most unique spots on Long Beach Island:

Sunset Park is a 1-minute walk out the front door — featuring a playground, walking/bike trail, basketball court, and baseball field, all overlooking the water.
The home sits on the narrowest part of northern LBI, making the ocean beach just a 2-minute walk away. A lighted intersection makes crossing the boulevard safe and easy.
A lifeguard is on duty 9 AM–5 PM at the ocean beach.
We supply 8 beach badges with the house — a real convenience, since badges are required in season and would otherwise be an added cost for every guest.
Things to Do Right Outside Your Door

You're staying in one of the quietest, most scenic stretches of LBI — known for wide, uncrowded beaches and some of the best sunsets on the Jersey Shore.

Wednesday Night Concerts at Sunset Park — Just steps from the house, Harvey Cedars hosts free outdoor concerts every Wednesday at Sunset Park starting at 6:30 PM. Bring a blanket or beach chairs, grab dinner beforehand, and catch live music right on Barnegat Bay as the sun goes down. The 2026 lineup:

Sunset Park also hosts seasonal events like Craft Day by the Bay (July 4th) and the Blue Claw Craft Show (August 15th).

Black Eyed Susans — upscale-casual tavern with a seafood-focused, locally sourced menu (reservations recommended in season)
Harvey Cedars Shellfish Co. — classic LBI seafood in a restored 1920s beach cottage (summer only)

Beyond Harvey Cedars — Climb the 217 steps of Barnegat Lighthouse ("Old Barney") at the island's northern tip, and explore historic Viking Village in Barnegat Light for local shops and the working fishing fleet. Head south to Beach Haven for Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park, and Surflight Theatre. There's also free live music nearly every night somewhere on the island all summer long.
