"A beautiful spot to soak in a bit of Muskoka. Central to everything. Close to Huntsville and Algonquin Park, Lions Head lookout and Dwight Beach.Thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffees on the back porch taking in the view of the lake. The condo is well stocked. Clean and cozy.Hope to return again someday."

"We wre incredibly relaxed during the entire stay. No tight schedules to keep. Planned each day according to our moods. We are not hot tub people but its nice that its there for others. Nice fire pit as well. Unfortunately nights were hazy so star gazing was out, but not a drop of rain during the 4 days. Temps around 24⁰ each day. All in all a terrific get- away. Thank you Kate and Jon!"

"Wonderful stay at 3 Mile Lake. Interior of the cottage has been redone and works well for 6 people (we had 4 adults and 2 kids). Be aware that the rooms are pretty tight if youre bringing a pack and play (we had to move one of the twin beds to fit it). Pictures dont do the property justice! Nice sandy beach thats perfect for small kids, new dock and a wide patio - we spent almost all our time outside. Great communication with the host Anna as well (we had a power outage one of the nights)."

"Our stay at Steve's cottage last week was nothing short of magical. The highlight, without a doubt, was the **absolutely spectacular sunset view over Penn Lake, right from the private dock. Winding down each evening watching the sky explode in color over the calm water was an unforgettable experience – a view truly rare to find and worth the trip alone!The lake itself felt alive and welcoming. We loved watching the big fish swimming right under the deck and were charmed daily by a sweet family...

"Very peaceful and private area! The property looked just like the pictures, possibly even better than in the pictures. Host was very welcoming through virtual communication. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. We didn’t have kids with us so it wasn’t relevant for our stay, but there was a pretty awesome play area for kids in the basement that’s worth mentioning. "

"We had the most wonderful long weekend at Anna's cottage. The space was both beautiful and functional- we loved being able to see the kids from all areas of the main level, as well as the deck with the gate. "Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...
