"Great location, lake access was perfect. Lots of kayaks/canoes/life jackets. Games room fantastic. Asked for a refill of propane for bbq and had it within minutes. Felt like we were in our own place with no owners but if we had any issues felt they would take care of it right away. Would higly recommend. Already looking at bookings for next year!"

"Quaint 1970s style wooden building nicely decorated - they even had a turntable and albums (in addition to the bluetooth speaker). The upstairs loft overlooking the living room is just as pictured. The bed was comfy if the pillows could use an update; they were a bit too flat and lumpy for our liking but it's really our only complaint. "My family of 5 adults loved staying in this wonderful, spacious home. We were all so comfortable inside with the layout that gave each of us the privacy when we wanted and space for meal prep, dining, board games and hanging out together too. "I would definitely book this cottage again. We were at a wedding in the area so the location was perfect. Our family of 4 had lots of room to get ready. Both the living room and the kitchen was perfect for hanging out. If it didn’t rain all weekend we would have made use of the outdoor deck and backyard fire pit. I’m really happy we found this cottage. "

"Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...

"This is a beautiful cottage, clean, spacious and has a good size property with many trees which allows for privacy. The waterfront is beautiful, walk in shoreline and a dock. I would definitely stay here again. The host accommodated me and made sure everything was scent free which is very nice because many rentals say it will be scent free but isn’t. "

"We have been coming here for years and it always feels like coming home! We especially love to sit on the screened porch and play games. The dock is great and there is always some shade for those of us who burn. This year there were paddleboards and the "kids" (who are all 30 something) had a blast!"

"Lovely, clean property directly across from the Muskoka river Nice dock/sitting area to enjoy some reading and relaxing. Ample amenities, just remember (as Leslie reminded me) to bring your own bedding/towels. Firewood is provided as well, but check the weather beforehand, as there were some damp days before I arrived so if you aren't solid at starting fires, bring your own (and some softwood)) There are also neighbors on either side who kept to themselves, as did I so ZERO issues with that....
