"This unit was in a superb location - right off the St. Charles streetcar line and in the Garden District. Close to attractions and stores/restaurants etc. Had one small issue and the response was immediate."

"We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend. "

"We loved our stay at this adorable Shotgun house! It truly lives up to its name—charming, clean, and in a fantastic location just steps from the St. Charles streetcar. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around the city. The beds were comfortable, and the home was spotless. We appreciated the character of the home and how convenient everything was. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Wow. I’ve stayed in a lot of nice homes, but this is one of the very best. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, and great location. Also a truly impressively stocked fridge and kitchen—it says so much about a host’s unprompted thoughtfulness to find a full assortment of cold drinks at the end of a long day of travel when you land in a new city. Highly recommended. "

"Our host, Walker, was extremely accommodating and responsive. From the time I booked the rental he reached out and even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The space was clean and welcoming. The air condition worked very well despite the extreme heat outdoors. The shower pressure was wonderful as well. There was adequate parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. "

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
