He answered all our questions with kindness & patience. Told us about the free breakfast that was offered until 9am. Came down to take up that offer and was shocked at what ya’ll offered! "I did not get the two bed room that I had paid for Instead I was given a handicap room with one queen size bed mind you that this reservation was made five days in advance not a last minute reservation. We were there three nights and never saw housekeeping. Whenever someone above us used their shower or flushed the toilet the water noise sounded like it was coming through the walls. The location is good if you are going to MD Anderson or other medical hospitals in the area. I guess for the price...
