The duplex spans two levels and has four generous bedrooms:

Each bedroom features a Smart TV, closet space with hangers, shelving, and a luggage rack, plus room-darkening curtains for sleeping in. Most bedrooms have a workspace (desk & chair) as noted above, which is great for anyone who needs to work remotely. You’ll also find nightstand lamps and mirrors in the rooms for your convenience. Climate control is individualized with AC units and heating in each room, so everyone can be comfortable.

Additional flexibility: An air mattress is available on request if you have an extra guest or need to rearrange sleeping arrangements.

You’ll have two full bathrooms, each updated with contemporary finishes. One bathroom features a shower/tub combo (great for those who enjoy a bath or have little ones), and the other has a spacious step-in shower with luxury rainfall showerhead. We provide plush towels and a starter supply of premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in both bathrooms. Each is equipped with a vanity and mirror, and we include a hairdryer for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle meals for a large group. Enjoy stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. We’ve stocked all the pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, glasses, and utensils you might need. There’s a coffee & tea station with a Keurig machine (assorted K-Cups provided) and an electric kettle for tea lovers. The open-plan dining area has a big table that seats 8 or more – perfect for family dinners or group game nights. The kitchen’s open layout means the cooks can still chat with everyone in the living room.

🌳 Outdoor Space
Enjoy our spacious shared backyard (shared with one other unit in the duplex building). You’ll find a charcoal BBQ grill and an outdoor seating area that’s perfect for dining al fresco or just relaxing outside. It’s a nice spot to unwind after a day in the city or to have a weekend barbecue. (We provide grilling tools in the kitchen.) The yard is fenced and fairly private, shared only with our downstairs neighbors when occupied.

🚗 Parking & Transportation
You’ll have a reserved off-street parking space just around the corner from the apartment (free for our guests). If you need more parking, let us know in advance and we can try to arrange an additional spot. For public transit, the 34th Street Light Rail station is a 2-minute walk – from there you can connect to the PATH train into NYC or head to Jersey City/Hoboken easily. By car, we’re roughly 15 minutes from Newark Airport (EWR), and about 20 minutes to major attractions like MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and Prudential Center in Newark. Whether you’re here for work or play, you’ll find it easy to get around.

No smoking indoors or within 25 feet of the building. Smoke residue is extremely difficult to remove. Violations result in a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.

No parties or events. Maximum 15 overnight guests as booked on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional fees.

No pets.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

Parking: Free street parking on wide residential street—room for 2-3 vehicles. DO NOT park in or block neighbor driveways on either side of the building. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.

Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees.

Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building). Close all windows. Lock apartment door and scramble keypad code.
