"We absolutely loved our stay! The bed and breakfast is in a perfect location. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants, so we were able to leave the car and explore on foot. The hosts are wonderful! They’re so welcoming, friendly, and happy to answer any questions, which really helped us make the most of our visit. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! "The Dunlop sits on a very nice piece of property and it would have been pleasant to have a walk about but the weather was too inclement. The room itself was basic, a little dilapidated but clean. The bed the comfortable, the pillows were not quite so comfortable. A little upgrade in the coffee amenities would be good, perhaps a real carafe instead of paper cups. Internet was very slow, unfortunately. The owner Mike is very nice, he seemed to remember me from years ago. We paid $99.00...

"Yes. Free easy parking. Bar was great. Food good. Only complaint is no in room coffee and continental breakfast was to open at 9am and never did open. Great restaurant to walk to nearby for breakfast called Steve And Mary's "

"Pool and hot tub were great. The entire property is kept clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast was basically toast, cereal, or a bagel, along with some fresh fruit, yogurt, and tea, coffee or juice. "

"Great stay. I have been at the Maple Leaf Motel several times over more than 20 years. I have always loved it, and I find it to be better than ever under the most recent management! I received courteous service, found updated equipment in rooms, which were extremely clean. I will be back, when my travels bring me to Goderich!"

"The pool and hot tub were great! Perfect temperatures. I went on Easter weekend and they weren’t busy so I had the pool to myself, an unexpected pleasure. The room was exactly as advertised, and they left an adequate stock of coffee which is a must for me :).
