"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The morning coffee was delicious and complimentary. My only complaint is that I did not like the use of Direct TV."

"Staff was fine. It's not their fault hotel is run down. You can hear people in other rooms through walls. People smoke in their rooms the place stinks. Breakfast is okay it's continental. But the worst was the BUGS! Crawling and flying in my room. If you can, stay elsewhere, Remember you get what you pay for."

"The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Rather large. Air conditioning in room did not seem to work. Got s little warm overnight. Elevators had outages which led to some small waits. Casino was fun. All employees (check in, cleaning staff, casino staff and bistro) were friendly and helpful."

"Inicialmente parecia muito bom, já tendo uma decepção ao registrar onde fiquei sabendo que os quartos de não fumantes são mais caros, desanimando muito. Ao chegar no quarto piorou, pois o cheiro de fumaça misturada com perfume estava muito ruim. A cama muito velha e barulhenta, com uma depressão no meio. Já o café da manhã nos surpreendeu, suco, café, 3 tipos de pães e uma máquina de Wafle. Tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo"

"They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all."

The side of the Ice Palace along the walk looks like an abandon garbage dumpThe new chairs by the pool are nice but hard as a rock and not at all comfortable to lie on. They should have mats to put on them. I'd even be willing to pay to rent one for the lounge chair."

"This hotel is extremely dirty. The wallpaper in the hallway is peeling. Floor tiles are cracked. The elevator floor is broken and dirty. Our room smelled. The hallway smelled. The carpeting is filthy. There was a big red stain on the carpet next to the bed. The lobby wasn’t vacuumed. The front entrance was filthy. It was a disgusting place to stay."
