"I was told by the host the day before my mother’s funeral with my entire family flying in that he did not have a reservation for me and had the house booked to someone else. This is after payment made in full and all the typical emails including Here are the keys for your stay. I had reached out to the host for instructions on how to get into the property Friday afternoon when I got the reply that he didn’t have the reservation. I have still not found out where the fault lies but everything...

"One of the best stays ever. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. No problems whatsoever. It was a busy weekend and noise level was minimal. The location is in a newer development, one block from the beach, close to “downtown”. Great communication with the homeowner, prompt replies and very cordial. Well done, Miles! Thank you much."

"Property was attractive and clean. The whole process was excellent. Tried to give five stars for everything but my phone wouldn’t show that last star, but we definitely give five stars for the stay!"
