Charming 3 bedroom (2 New Queen Size Adjustable Base Beds for 2024 plus 1 full size),
2 bath home, plus an outdoor shower.
The 4th house from the ocean, with both front and back  facing decks. New Decks for 2020. Airy open concept kitchen, dining and living area with AC, ceiling fans and 42" satellite TV with Netflix & Prime. Enjoy sunny morning coffee or shady afternoon cocktails on the front deck while you listen to the ocean. Spend lazy days laying on the beach then stroll down to the bay with a cocktail where the locals gather for "sunset". Make sure to grab an ice cream from Unfriendly's. Take a dip in the ocean or down by the bay beach. You will fall in love with Fire Island!
Our home offers: Air Conditioning, WiFi, Stereo, BBQ, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher.
6 beach chairs and 3 beach umbrellas, beach towels, 6+ Nice bicycles and a 2 wagons. 
1 Queen Adjustable Base bed with with AC and en suite full windowed bathroom.
1 Full bed with AC and ceiling fan. 
1 Queen Adjustable Base bed with North, South, East facing double windows, AC and ceiling fan, plus a 22" satellite TV with Netflix. 
Fresh Linens included. 
Well stocked kitchen tools & Appliances. Blender, Air Popper, Cuisinart, All Clad Cookware, Griddle, Bowls, mixer etc.
Max 6 guests. 
No smoking
NO PETS! We aim to keep house Hypoallergenic as possible

Owner is not on premises, but is a phone call or text away. He is happy to answer any questions and assist with anything you might need.

An absolutely fantastic stay on Fire Island. The house is beautiful, has a great kitchen with brand new appliances, and large decks in the front and back. Best of all, the house is steps from the beach.

Great location

Steps away from the ocean! Such a convenient location. House worked well for our family of 5! Home is very well maintained and organized. Really all you need to bring is food! All the other bases are covered making for a stress free vacation.

Great FH beach house

The house is exactly as described. The location is perfect. So close to the ocean! Everything is very well thought out. Why did we bring beach towels with us?!? we did NOT need them - there were plenty at the house. Automatic lighting for the bike storage and the washer/dryer. All the beach chairs, bikes, deck furniture etc etc are in excellent condition. it was a great stay!!!

Fair Harbor Heaven

108 Holly Walk is minutes from the Atlantic and the Great South Bay. There's a lovely, light breeze that sweeps around the beautifully appointed, immaculately clean three bedroom house. I recommend this house whole heartedly. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful.

Total comfort in Fair Harbor

This house has everything you would want in a beach house: front porch with table/umbrella, back deck with loungers and large cushioned couch, gas grill, w/d, ceiling fans, comfortable beds, etc, etc. Best feature is the roomy outdoor shower. Overall well-equipped, clean and 30 seconds from the ocean. Richard is a great host/owner who has thought of everything - there is even an arrow sticker pointing to the sweet spot on the outdoor shower faucet.

Beach getaway with our daughter and her fiancé

The house was wonderful. Bright clean and lovely and well stocked. The outdoor shower was heaven. Just a few houses in from the beach. The street was lovely. The neighborhood friendly. The bikes and beach equipment were all easily accessible and in superb condition. Fair harbor is great and this house was perfect. We are going back!

wonderful fair harbor home

this property is clean and comfortable. it is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, dishes, appliances, linens, towels, etc. there were new beach chairs, as well as beach towels and great bikes. there is a large table with umbrella and chairs on the front deck and lounge chairs on the back deck, as well as a gas grill. also a large washer/dryer and out door shower. there are also ceiling fans and a/c (usually not needed). the house is literally 30 seconds from the beach and we would definitely plan to return next summer. Richard was responsive and helpful throughout our visit.

Great house very close to the beach!

This is the second time we stayed at this house. The kitchen is well-equipped and organized, and everything is very clean and functional. It's also treat to be just a few steps from the beach, and have a very responsive host. We loved it!

My favorite FH house

I have rented a lot of houses on Fire Island and specifically in Fair Harbor, and this house by far is my favorite. Clean and comfortable with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The owner is also very responsive, reasonable and nice.

Fantastic Stay

We had a lovely stay at Richard's place in Fair Harbor. We've been to this community in the past and this is one of the best places we've stayed at. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. Richard was super responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Fantastic location, super clean. We loved it!

We just finished our stay at Richard's property and it was wonderful! The place was very clean when we arrived, which is something that isn't always the case in beach communities. The house was well-stocked with all the basics (and more). The air conditioning units in each room were also lifesavers, especially at night. Richard was very easy to communicate with us. The beach is a few houses down the walk - we couldn't have asked for anything better! We will definitely stay here again.

Great house, location & property owner

Let me start by saying that, when we vacation again on Fire Island, we will rent the same house again. The house was as pictured and described. Richard was very responsive to questions and needs. The house was perfectly located, full of amenities and comfortable.

Perfect house, great location

A small but beautifully updated house steps from the beach. The block is quiet with no loud parties or noisy neighbors. The kitchen and grill were very well equipped which is important since meals were all prepared at home. The owner was responsive to all questions. Would highly recommend the property.

Sunny and Clean

This is a great house only a minute from the ocean. With 2 separate deck spaces and two bathrooms, this compact house has lots of room to spread out. The property is well maintained and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We thought it looked even better than the pictures. Owner is very attentive and so easy to work with. Overall an excellent experience!
