"Tv wasn’t working, the mattress weren’t the proper size as the bed frames, and will move around every time you would lean on them. Road noise was as clear as it in the room."

"The fact that it was right on the boardwalk was the silver lining. The deposit was 250,parking was 15 a day. They aren't real transparent with some of their policies or how they explain it to the customer. The room was clean. The elevator literally felt like it was going to give out any minute and it took forever. I took the stairs 2 times from the 4th floor."

"You are buying the view, dont expect much else. When we got there, the AC Unit was out of the wall and another unit was just sitting on the table. The one in the wall did not work. After asking front desk about it, they assured us the maintenance would take care of it. Hours later, they moved the desk unit out but the wall unit still wouldnt work. Only one elevator worked room seemed a little beat up and neglected the ceiling air handler cover did not look good was not able to access the Wi-Fi that was very difficult after entering all the information and it said it wasn’t available overall was not impressed with the place. Was nice to have a bar in the same building"

"One elevator of the 3 worked. The pool needs to be shocked, my room was dirty upon arrival crumbs and old glow sticks. They did change the towels and make the beds, unfortunately they didn't clean the shower or vacuum. The poor staff was way over worked and basic upkeep of the property was poor."

"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...
