Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed."

The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible.
