This waterfront house in Sargent, TX boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 1 queen futon. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with showers, hand soap, bath linens, and a hairdryer, guests will have everything they need for a perfect stay. There is also a washing machine/dryer for added convenience. Fiber Wi-Fi is offered at no cost and no usage limit for those days you need to work but your family needs to play.

The property features a lighted pier with a fish cleaning station where there are speckled trout, redfish, flounder, sand trout, blue crab and plenty of other species to bend a rod. You can fish from shore in the surf or make a short boat ride to East Matagorda Bay. Park your boat by the pier in the back yard or fish from it day and night. Make a short drive to Sargent Beach just 6 miles away for some waves and fun.

This house has parking on site and accommodates keyless entry for guests. The fully furnished kitchen includes a dishwasher, dish soap, K-cup and ground brew coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. The downstairs room has Wii and other games for the kids and adults, alike. Outside, you'll find a charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table, and bar stool chairs. The deck provides a beautiful view of the sunset and the perfect spot for that first cup of morning coffee.

Rental includes bath and bed linens for the house, but we ask you to bring towels and blankets for the beach. Your pets are welcome as we offer an 8'X16' pen downstairs but ASK YOU NOT TO BRING YOUR PETS INSIDE.
