The lower level of the home has a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, along with a large dining table and counter seating. There's also a comfortable living room with electric fireplace and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, along with a large laundry room and patio access at the front and back of the home.. so you can take your pick of beach views or ICW views!

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 2 queen beds w/ jack and jill bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds w/ jack and jill bathroom
Bedroom 3 - 2 queen beds and twin over twin bunk bed, private full bathroom
Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds with private full bathroom

Outside, you're sure to love the huge patio overlooking the ICW and nature preserve.. or head up to the upper deck on top of the boat house! There's even a fire pit for those chilly evenings!
