Our property is only minutes from the Saginaw River DNR boat launch & you have access to your own private beach less than 300 yards away from property. This retreat is located less than a mile from our local tavern and Beer, Booze, Bait & Tackle Store. Large retailers and restaurants are less than 3 miles away with antique shops along with down town shopping just over 5 miles away by car and accessible by boat from property. Cabin also has access point to the Rail Trail bike riding system that connects to the downtown district and State Park area. Plenty of off-street parking for boats, cargo trailers, and visitors. This property is the perfect location for fishermen in the summer and winter, summer boating, or just relaxing under the shade tree watching boat traffic come in and out of the river heading to the beach’s and local restaurants on the water.

Things to do on boat:
• Take your boat to one of the local beaches on the bay.
• Adventure up Kawkawlin River to Tavern on the water for live entertainment.
• Half day trip from cabin up the Saginaw River to downtown Bay City, grab lunch or dinner.
• Check out the hardest to access Michigan light house on the Saginaw River.
