Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. "Bed bugs smelled really bad and homeless all around then management pretty much called me a liar they charged me 300 dollars in total for a 100 dollar deposit. Not pet friendly it was the worst experience I've ever had."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was similar to cafeteria food which wasn't bad--nothing amazing but for the price of free I was very happy. Healthy breakfast options included yogurt, granola, bananas, and oatmeal alongside more traditional breakfast buffet items. The staff was nice and helpful. The value of this place is amazing. The level of cleanliness this hotel maintains is so hard to find. I will seek out this hotel chain when traveling in the future!"

"Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-"
