"Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating."

"Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. "This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more."

"Perfect place to stay on our trip to Nevada City! The space is exactly as described. The birds outside were the cutest neighbors! There are apples and wild blackberries on the property, too. In the morning, you may hear people walking around upstairs. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. It was a short walk to town. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market if you can! Would definitely consider staying here again. "

"LMR was the perfect nature getaway for our family. The cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The community lake and playground was a short walk down the hill which was a great activity in the mornings. Gary was super communicative and flexible when we needed to rearrange plans. "Staying at Tara was an amazing experience. Everything was exactly what we were looking for to get away for the weekend!
