"Jeff was a great host and was very accommodating. "

"The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaints from the guests were the bath towels are too small not very absorbent. Also the 1-ply toliet paper was not the quality one would expect for a place this nice. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property."

"We needed a one night stop near the interstate. This was a great option for us to do that. The place was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed for our short stay. "

"Rooms decent. Property itself bad. Cool, elevator, vending machines all out of order. If you just want to bed to stay in, this is a great cheap place to stay. Rooms were clean, but like every motel needed updating, but clean. Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway"

"Well located for local attractions. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice amenities including fire pit, hot tub, golf course view, deck with nice furniture and grill. "

"My family & I felt right at home here for pur annual trip to Adventureland. Daniel was very accomodating and his communication made the check-in, stay and check-out flawless. The house was clean and had all one would need for a comfortable stay. It's in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors.We will be back! "

As we were all coming from out of state, we were happy to have a place we could all be together (and save money by cooking instead of eating all our meals out). "This home was exactly as described. We were in the area for a football event and it was wonderful having a "home" to go to at the end of the day. The area was very quiet and the property was very well maintained. Being there for 5 days/4nights with a teen practicing in the summer heat, having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as wash having a garage to park in since we did experience severe weather while there. I would definitely stay here again if needed. "
