Located in the heart of Bautzen, this compact 25 m² studio welcomes up to 2 guests. It features a bedroom with a 200x160 cm bed and a bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a French press, with complimentary coffee and tea provided. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls. Additional amenities include a private TV with video-on-demand, a washing machine, and a workspace with a foldable table and chairs. Bed linen, towels, a spacious wardrobe, and convenient self-check-in add extra comfort.



You enter the studio via a separate entrance at the rear of the building and can enjoy views over neighboring rooftops to the top of the Reichenturm—especially beautiful at sunset. A shared garden area with clothesline and bike rack is available for your use.



A shared parking space at the house is suitable for small to medium-sized cars (very narrow driveway, no large vehicles). Please only enter the driveway from the upper end of Steinstraße. Events are not permitted, and this is a non-smoking property. The interior is step-free; please note the low ceiling height at the first staircase.



The studio is just about 250 meters from the Reichenturm, and the old town is within easy walking distance. A supermarket is directly opposite, with more shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and the Kornmarktcenter shopping experience all nearby. Public transport is close by.



During the heating season, higher energy costs are already included in the nightly rate.
